Enovus Enterprises Private Limited, operating the Easyfone and SeniorWorld services ("we", "us" or "our"), provides the CareTouch - Easyfone 4G Models application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, disclosed, protected and deleted when you use the App and connected Easyfone services.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the App, accounts created for the App and information processed through CareTouch features. It does not govern an unrelated third-party website, product or service linked from the App; that provider's own privacy notice applies.

2. Information we may handle

The information processed depends on the CareTouch features you use, the Easyfone model connected to the App, and the permissions you choose to grant.

Information you provide

  • Account and contact information, such as your name, mobile number, email address and authentication information.
  • Easyfone device and pairing details needed to connect or manage a supported device.
  • Emergency-contact, caregiver or family-contact information that you choose to enter.
  • Support communications and information you voluntarily provide when seeking assistance.

Information processed through App features

  • Device, app-version, operating-system, network and diagnostic information used for compatibility, security and troubleshooting.
  • Location information when a location or safety feature is enabled and you grant location permission.
  • Contacts or phone numbers selected by you for calling, emergency, caregiver or speed-dial features, when applicable and permitted.
  • Feature activity and service events required to provide requested CareTouch functions.
Your control: Android permissions can be reviewed or withdrawn in your device settings. Disabling a permission may prevent the related App feature from working.

3. How we use information

  • To create, authenticate and administer your CareTouch account.
  • To pair, configure and support compatible Easyfone devices.
  • To provide safety, emergency-contact, location, caregiver and related features that you request.
  • To communicate service messages, respond to support requests and troubleshoot issues.
  • To maintain security, prevent misuse, diagnose failures and improve performance.
  • To comply with applicable law and enforce our legal rights.

We do not sell personal or sensitive user data.

4. When information may be shared

We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary:

  • To service providers that host, secure, maintain or support the App on our behalf and under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
  • To a contact, caregiver or family member when you deliberately use a feature that communicates or shares information with that person.
  • When required by applicable law, regulation, legal process or a valid governmental request.
  • To protect users, the public, our services, or our legal rights, or in connection with a corporate reorganisation subject to legally required safeguards and notice.

5. Retention and security

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, satisfy the purposes described in this policy, resolve disputes, maintain security and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards, including secure transmission where applicable, to protect information. No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

6. Delete your CareTouch account and associated data

Request account deletion without reinstalling the App

Email support@easyfone.in from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject CareTouch Account Deletion Request and include:

  • Your registered name;
  • Your registered mobile number or email address; and
  • A clear statement requesting deletion of your CareTouch account.

What happens next

  1. We may contact you to verify that you control the account. Do not send passwords, OTPs or unnecessary identity documents.
  2. After verification, we will delete the account and personal data associated with it from active systems, and instruct relevant service providers to delete applicable data processed for us.
  3. Requests are normally completed within 30 days after successful verification. We will inform you if applicable law permits or requires additional time.

Data that may be retained

Limited records may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution or enforcement of legal rights. Any retained information will be restricted to those purposes and deleted or anonymised when the retention requirement ends. Deleting the App from a device does not by itself delete the CareTouch account.

7. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also manage App permissions through Android settings. Send requests to support@easyfone.in. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

8. Children's privacy

The CareTouch - Easyfone 4G Models App is intended for users who can lawfully provide consent or for use under the supervision and authority of a parent, legal guardian or authorised caregiver. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorisation, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App, our practices or applicable requirements. The revised policy will show a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel where required.
